When cutting or machining UPVC panels, always wear suitable PPE such as cut-resistant gloves and safety goggles to protect against sharp edges and flying particles.
If using power tools, ensure adequate dust extraction or wear a dust mask to avoid inhalation of fine PVC particles.
Work in a well-ventilated area and avoid breathing in dust. Clean debris using a vacuum or damp cloth rather than dry sweeping to prevent airborne particles.
Store panels flat in a dry, cool location, supported along their length, to prevent warping. Avoid direct exposure to high heat sources that may deform the material.
