Cutting or shaping this PVC internal corner profile should always be done in a well-ventilated area.
Use appropriate PPE such as safety goggles to protect from debris or chip fragments, cut-resistant gloves to guard against sharp edges, dust mask or respirator if using power tools
When cutting with power tools like mitre saws or circular saws, ensure the workpiece is clamped securely without overtightening to avoid deformation of the PVC.
A slow and steady feed rate is recommended to prevent heat build-up and melting.
After cutting, clean up debris with a vacuum or damp cloth rather than sweeping, to reduce airborne dust.
Store profiles flat in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight, on properly supported surfaces to prevent warping
