The SheetHaus premium quality etched glass effect vinyl’s are available in four distinctive finishes. Each of these window films provide a striking effect when producing decals, graphics or for architectural use when covering complete areas of glass.
For faster, trouble-free application of glass manifestation, the SheetEscape Etches offer ease of application by providing air with an exit route from under the graphic. SheetEscape Crystal Etch, Dusted Etch, Silver Etch and Opal Haze films are polymeric calendered vinyls for producing fine window decals and manifestation.
The four finishes consist of Crystal Etch (56% light transmission) which offers a distinctive glitter effect, Silver Etch (69% light transmission) which gives higher opacity and greater definition for text, Dusted Etch (87% light transmission) which is more subtle and provides a higher level of visibility and Opal Haze (83% light transmission) which has been formulated to provide a whiter, brighter, acid etched glass effect.
The 70 micron film of Crystal Etch, Silver Etch and Dusted Etch, and the 80 micron of Opal Haze, all have high quality release liners and the adhesive also provides fast cutting and easy weeding on all computerised sign making equipment.
When cutting Vinyl, work in a well-ventilated and clean space. Use a suitable blade that is replaced often
When handling a roll of product, wear gloves to protect against sharp edges
Avoid vinyl adhesive sticking directly to skin, this can cause irritation
Dispose of waste and off-cuts in accordance with local regulations
Clean the work area using vacuum equipment or a damp cloth
Do not burn off-cuts or packaging.
